Experience

Michelle completed a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) and a Bachelor of Psychological Science at La Trobe University.  She successfully completed an Honours Thesis in family law, titled “Repairing the Cracks in the System: A Consistent and Coordinated Approach to Risk Assessment of Family Violence”. 

​

Prior to her admission to practice, Michelle worked as an Intervention Order Paralegal at the Magistrates’ Court and as a Client Service Manager at a family law firm.  Michelle studied international family law in Geneva, Switzerland and has a keen interest in cases involving international relocations or overseas assets.

​

Michelle completed her Practical Legal Training at Leo Cussen Centre for Law and since her admission she has practiced exclusively in family law.  Michelle has an empathetic and practical approach towards assisting her clients and is committed to resolving matters in a timely and cost effective manner.
